About Kitchen NYC
After graduating from the New York Restaurant School in 1989 with a Chef's Diploma, Tricia began her career as a corporate chef for Goldman Sachs executive dining facilities in New York City's financial district. She then turned her attention to the private sector of the food industry, working as a private chef for high profile clients in the Hamptons and in New York City. Private dining presented the perfect avenue for entrepreneurship and in 2001, Tricia created Tricia and Company, a full-service, boutique catering company and private chef service in New York City. Three years later, she added Beach House Food, a service that delivered table-ready buffet platters to high profile clients in the Hamptons.
Tricia's focus on the food service industry led her to develop Kitchen Rental NYC, a 500 square foot commercial rental kitchen in Midtown Manhattan, a facility designed specifically to accommodate the needs of chefs, caterers, culinary instructors, and other food professionals. Kitchen Rental NYC, a commercial grade kitchen facility offers complete food production capabilities and accommodates up to 20 guests in a wide variety of events including private and interactive seated dinners, tastings, cocktail parties, team-building events, corporate meetings, product launches, as well as video and still photography projects.
